The conversation
Enterprises across Europe are moving from AI pilots to AI agents: software that acts, remediates and transacts on their behalf. At the same time, adversaries are automating the full attack chain, and European regulators have moved earlier and harder than anywhere else. Security leaders here answer to boards, supervisors and statute all at once.
Over a three-course dinner, twelve senior security leaders will work through what this actually changes: how far autonomous remediation should be allowed to go, who owns the security of the AI your business is building, and whether a consolidated platform reduces risk or simply concentrates it.
The conversation runs under Chatham House rules, chaired to keep it honest and moving, with peers who hold the same accountabilities you do.

Attacks are now automated end to end. Response, in most enterprises, is not. Where does autonomous remediation earn a place in production, and where does a human stay in the loop by design rather than by habit?
Prompt injection, data poisoning and runtime risk are no longer research topics: they are live exposure in enterprise AI applications. Who owns the security of an agent that can act on your systems?
NIS2 puts personal accountability on management bodies. DORA is in force for financial entities. The EU AI Act is phasing in, and the UK is legislating its own resilience regime. Compliance is now table stakes: the question is whether it buys actual resilience.
Consolidating the security estate promises capacity and coherence. European data sovereignty expectations, and the concentration-risk lens supervisors now apply, pull the other way. Where does the balance actually sit?
The format
This is a working dinner, not an event. Conversation is chaired, not presented, and it runs through all three courses. Everything said stays in the room under Chatham House rules.
